Find out more about me, and the type of work I'm passionate about.

Michelle "MishManners" Duke

For the past decade, I've been working in the technology space as a developer advocate, community leader, event coordinator, and marketing expert. I've worked with amazing companies like Microsoft, GitHub, IBM, NASA, CSIRO, Samsung, and many more.

I’ve had the privilege of speaking at over 370 events globally, including prominent keynotes at GitHub Galaxy, Minnesota Developers Conference, /NEW Conference, Programmable, Microsoft AI Tour, and Techorama. My expertise spans across a diverse range of topics, including artificial intelligence, GitHub Copilot, GitHub Projects, GitHub CLI, the future of work, career skills in the AI age, DevOps, collaboration, women in technology, esports, open source, and gaming.

I’ve been actively involved in over 170 hackathons worldwide, contributing as a participant, organiser, mentor, and judge. Beyond speaking, I've written over 1720 articles on technology, gaming, hardware, reviews, and esports. If you'd like to read some of these, head over to my links website and click on the appropriate links. I’m passionate about being involved in events, whether it's overseeing the full event, managing company’s presence, or being a representative. I regularly run workshops and am equally comfortable speaking in person or hosting virtual sessions. With extensive experience on camera, I’ve hosted TV shows and live streams, bringing technical knowledge and community engagement to a global audience.
